Xur Fated Engram Duplicate

So i got a duplicate from the Xur fated engram... Im still missing a few from vanilla D2 (plus osiris and warmind - Even tho im not sure if these are included...) Anyone got any idea as to how or why!?

You can't get quest exotics. You can't get a exotics for a class different than the one you used to get the fated engram
