Haven't Played Destiny In a While, Consistent Buffalo Error

Every time I open Destiny 2, it immediately hits me with a buffalo error. I've tried Scanning and Repairing, I've tried uninstalling the Blizzard app, nothing works. When I try uninstalling, the app stops me saying there's a game active when there isn't. Please help, I just want to play Destiny again :( is there anything I can do?
