Customer service
Ive been a destiny player since closed beta d1 and every time i encounter a problem there seems to have never been anyway to actually contact bungie which isn't right because every game i have seen come out an many that i have played have a customer service number to call, a submit a ticket support or a chat app on the site to message back an forth with a customer service agent so people could get help with having a problem/issue they are having and get it fixed but NOPE, NOT BUNGIE. People shouldn't have to go to a forum to find out if other people are having the same problem and then have to try to figure out how to fix it with other players, WE AREN'T THE GAME MASTERS/CREATORS WE SHOULDN'T BE DOING YOUR JOBS FOR YOU, WE DIDN'T CREATE THE GAME AND WRITE THE CODNG Y'ALL DID. Seriously the game is losing more players everyday and this is 1 of the biggest reasons because we cant get help from the company that made the game and it isn't right whatsoever. We should be having fun playing the game, not wasting hours on a website forum trying to figure out how to fix a problem/issue.

I agree for the most part. I have had plenty of problems that only Bungie can solve but getting any of them to even lend an ear is a miracle and when they do its one response and forget. They have no follow up at all. I'm currently waiting on two different problems that have gone unanswered for numerous days. These things effect my ability to enjoy the game as they break the flow of the game and gives the feeling of being ignored with the end result of wasting my time and effort even posting here.
