I never understood this battle between the machine-war-tards. You need to pull out way more money for a high end PC, even lower grade ones aren't cheap. Parts would eventually stop working, parts would need to be changed, software and hardware needs to constantly be updated and there are SO many compatibility issues, security issues etc. I can play the same game on a console for much cheaper and way less hassle. The only difference is I cannot mod/hack the games (apart from the few that allow it to an extent) and the 'frame rate' and 'graphics' wow whoopty doo, I don't care about shiny graphics or super smooth moving frames. All I care about is getting my money's worth out of a game that isn't buggy and doesn't suck the life out of me with extreme boredom. Like mentioned below, there is no such thing as a master race.
