So I competed the forge sword powerful frame and my heavy slot was full. the forge ended before I could pick the sword up but I could see it in the "lost items" section of the ishtar commander app. it had a classified lock symbol for the sword. I load my character into the tower, make room in my heavy slot and went to the postmaster..sword was gone. went to Ada and she only has thr regular sword frame available now so the game definitely recognizes that I had completed the powerful frame. sucks.
