So the draw time bonus has been deleted as it was negligible and now this exotic's only perk is to allow you to have perfect draw forever . Let's be honest , any person who uses bows frequently enough to be interested in having an exotic armorpiece dedicated to bows doesn't need that perk , as we already know when to start drawing to get the perfect draws as well as how to properly reset our draw when hardscoping lanes . The only bow that this might be of benefit to is Le Monarque , and even then it doesn't make a huge difference . I think what they should do is make it so that Oathkeepers grant you Archer's Tempo on any bow you're using , perhaps even an enhanced archer's tempo which lasts longer (maybe that's only if your bow already has archer's tempo) . That would be valuable , would make many bows more usable especially exotic bows which tend to have very long draw times in comparison to god-rolled calamities .
