I probably could've had more polish to my post, ha. I think one thing that the community isn't happy with is content they paid for is locked behind a complicated puzzle. Don't get me wrong, a challenge is always welcome, but most players just want to hop in play a decently long quest, while learning more information about the Black Armory along the way. Possibly culminating with a Shattered Throne Style dungeon. Most people don't have the time or fortitude for a puzzle such as Niobe labs. So in turn they feel locked out, and disappointed.
