They did the same thing when the first forge dropped. I dont think they care.

Rightfully so. You release new content but with a catch. I don't remember any other game with DLC doing this. If the puzzle was a separate thing outside of the activation of the forge, there would be no issue. The funny thing is, it would have been praised if they did that!
