You're a casual player. Most of us want to play the content we paid for, not sit around and wait for the 1% to open the content for us. We waited. Bungie said nothing about this at all. Bungie said nothing about another 'worlds first' race (that's all this is). Bungie either put no thought into how the community might react to having nothing to do after promising content which is bad or they did but don't care, which is far worse.
