Is it hard for you to grab friends and figure out a puzzle? What does it matter if streamers are solving it? [i]you[/i] need to solve it to move forward. Stop blaming others for your lack of skill and go play the game.
Don't have time? Make time.

Tell me about it. And streamers are important for any game. Bad or good they publicize and market the game and it inadvertently reaches more people. The biggest the population the better a game can become. For a game like destiny it is even more important. Also dont even get me started on people complaining they they have jobs wives and children. Like what the -blam!- does that have to do with the game? Ur real life issues shouldnt be part of any debate! And the more time someone (example streamers) puts into anything the better they will be at it! It is like if I study 10 hours every day i will do better than the person who studies 2 hours every day. Not my fault if that other guy has kids and children. I'll try to do better than him as always! I dont give a rat's ass about his personal life. First people complained the game was too easy and there was no challenge. Bungie listened, now they put in a few puzzles and 99% lost their minds. Now they complain that the game is too difficult. Here's the thing man. Dogs will always bark up at the tree. No matter what is going on.

I'm the one that's actually telling you have to stop bitching and moaning and use their brains! my whole point. I have made this whole time basically said that everyone has the capacity for complex thought and is able to distinguish patterns and be able to communicate that with other people. the issue that everyone's having right now that has responded to me is that they don't like how I set it so now their Feefees are hurt and they think that I'm over here defending bungee what I'm literally just telling them hey why don't you give it some effort first before you start dead wagon in with everybody and start measuring whose penis is bigger than whose?

You suggest not playing the game to OP, how about you take your own advice and stop reading the forums if you don't like what you see. The problem here is that they said the new forge was going to be released today and people -blam!-ing made plans around it. I have two kids and a job, I had to schedule my own job by coming in early and coordinating with my friends to be able to sit down and do the new content last night, only to find out there wasn't anything I could possibly do. Bungie lied to us. They should have said from the start, the last forge will be brick walled until someone figures out this ludicrous puzzle, so don't make any plans.

Accept it The newest addition to our content is a puzzle. Accept it. Try the puzzle and get away from the drama that has demonized said content. gather a fireteam if it's something that requires multiple people to figure out. Morehead's more different ways of thinking perhaps you'll figure it out faster. if you and your team has exhausted all of your resources trying to figure it out then go on the phones and ask other people on what they think is the answer or at least ask what their though processes are. [i]breathe[/i] stop worrying about the trends in the gaming industry. Stop worrying about the drama and all the talking points that are on this forum. Play the game if you enjoy it to everyone else that believes that this game is Spawn from Satan and that it has wrecked havoc on their house [i] do not play the game[/i]

I am not going to accept it. My solution will be to not play the game. But guess what, I also did the same thing October of 2017 one month after D2 was released. Instead of just accepting the game or just quitting the game I, along with many others, continued to come to the forums to tell Bungie what they did wrong and WHY we had stopped playing their game. The result was Forsaken which most believe was a success (even if the season pass clearly is not). Having to look up French poems and learn how to do ciphers is not a puzzle that 99% of us are interested in doing. My favorite part of Destiny up to this day was the release of TDB. My fireteam and I went into the Crota raid blind the second it was released and completely figured out all the "puzzles" on our own, until we realized we didn't have the light level necessary top actually kill Crota. I loved figuring out the mechanics in the lamp room. I loved figuring out how to get people across the bridge one at a time. I loved learning how to take down Crota's shield and have someone ready with a sword to hit him. I've loved all of the raid "puzzles." Obscure references to Charlemagnes sword is NOT a fun puzzle.

I never said I speak for "everyone." But take the pulse of the community, It is abundantly clear that most people don't like this, or at least don't like the way that it was rolled out. I always speak for myself and I never mind when others do the same. What bothers me is when people try to tell other people, "If you don't like it don't play the game." With that statement YOU'RE the one telling other people what to do. We want to play the game, that's why we're here, because Bungie is not letting us play the thing that they said would be released yesterday.

But you left out the option where I come to the forums and state why I am unhappy with the game, which let's the Devs know what they have to do to make it better - which is exactly what I'm doing and what I did before that actually DID cause the game to change. Look at the #removeeververse movement. Lots of people came onto the forums and complained and Bungie has completely changed the way they are dealing with eververse, movement successful! Yet during that time there were people like you defending Bungie, telling people that if they didn't like it to go play a different game. If everyone was like you, there would be no Destiny because nothing would have changed and everyone would have quit by now. Do you think the streamers would be figuring out this puzzle if they only had 30 viewers because that's all that's left of the hardcore base?

I won't claim that I'm the smartest person but I have a clan that is willing to play this game and I enjoy their company and it's more than just destiny that brings us together. I enjoy it and my clan makes it even better. I'll solve the damn thing and will refuse to watch streamers for answers.
