Here’s another suggestion for your team to write into their design rules:
The gulf between the elite streamers / worlds-firsters and the hardcore player is AS BIG as the gulf between the hardcore and the rank-and-file casual.

(Edit: it's not even that they intentionally don't represent us; it's that they [i]can't[/i]. They have an entirely different viewpoint and experience with this game.)

OMG this. There is a difference from hardcore player and paid employee. We cannot compete with paid employees. They play all day and get paid for it. How can the remainder of the community enjoy content made for this person?
