I can promise you it won’t happen on D2, but I would say it’s possible for cross play across all systems on D3.

I don't care about D3, think its Stupid that they have to release a new game every 3 years. They should just put a "Destiny 3 Expansion Pack on Destiny 2 etc. instead of releasing a whole new game on its own, they should do it like Warframe does. Instead of releasing new games of the same game every 3rd year, instead upgrade the game to Destiny 3 for example when it comes out or let people buy Destiny 3 which includes D2 with all DLCs and of course D3.

They had to release games bc of the contract with Activision, now that they left, D3 will probably be the last destiny
