Titan Bubble just isn't what it was in D1. It's too underpowered and feels useless most of the time. Passing through it should Empower yourself and allies, Heal yourself and Allies and grant an Oversheild to yourself and Allies. The Exotics that do effect it should be buffed or reworked. Enemies who wonder into it should have their abilities Supressed, Slowed and take damage over time. Add an Exotic that allows us to shoot enemies that are outside of it. It should Generate a lot Orbs of Light as it's taking Damage.
