The Vow should have the Memory of Timur perk
The Vow should have the Memory of Timur perk from D1 Rise of iron.
Memory of Timur: Melee attacks on minor minions of the Darkness have the chance to temporarily turn the target against its allies.
But in the Vow it should be non lethal hits.

Fun has been dashed in d2 and replaced by rng grind fest Edit - Got my Vow running a nightfall, 2 strikes and punching shit, never stepped into crucible, now I can buy it from collections don't even have to do another bounty
