The Vow should have the Memory of Timur perk
The Vow should have the Memory of Timur perk from D1 Rise of iron.
Memory of Timur: Melee attacks on minor minions of the Darkness have the chance to temporarily turn the target against its allies.
But in the Vow it should be non lethal hits.

1 ReplyWhile I absolutely loved Timur in D1 I'd have to disagree with that. For a number of reasons, but most notably having a weapon from a PvP event have a perk that only works in PvE.
