The Vow should have the Memory of Timur perk
The Vow should have the Memory of Timur perk from D1 Rise of iron.
Memory of Timur: Melee attacks on minor minions of the Darkness have the chance to temporarily turn the target against its allies.
But in the Vow it should be non lethal hits.

2 Replieswas excited for a solar bow, but disappointed with it though quick draw is nice I feel it needed something more to compete with a Arsenic or Subtle.
