At the final boss in the Exodus Crash strike, if you don't make it inside the area for the inside you can't get inside. I tried running outside of the Exodus Crash area and over to where Failsafe is located and it still wouldn't tp me inside the final boss area. (Sorry if this is under the wrong tags, this is my first time reporting a bug!)
