Season of the Drifter looks like more pve boring crap
Pulling in the nine without trials is just a smack in the face to trials players. Bungie you suck and i want my money back for this crap you are forcing us to play. No one wants to have gambit shoved down their throat. Bullshit, bullshit and more bungie bullshit

15 RepliesI just read almost all of your posts. You have not said anything that you like about Destiny, only complaints. I get it, you don't like Destiny. THEN STOP PLAYING. Oddly, I think that you won't heed my advice. You'll probably keep playing, keep complaining, and keep bringing negatives. You can't get enough of Destiny. You wanna know why? Deep down you actually like it. You really do like Destiny. Try not being Mr. Negative. Think about what makes you play Destiny. If its not that important, stop playing. Bungie asks us for player feedback. Also, let people have their fun. Why rain on Gambit's metaphorical parade if you're likely not going to play it anyway. I rather like Gambit because it is one of the first times I have played PvEvP (Besides Warzone in Halo 5). I hope you don't take this as an attack (its not meant to be one), I just want to voice my opinions with someone who contrasts me.

Trials was the cancer of destiny, it was the mode that nerf everything, at the end of D1 all weapons were crap that even the none terrae plus ultra was the most op weapon on the game, so no sorry for you, trials must be keped out of the game forever.

You don’t go to a steakhouse and complain about a lack of vegetarian options, I know you might play the game for PVP, but that’s not the focus of the game, and more people care about PVE than PVP.

more like a horrible combination of great pve and shit pvp. the new pve mode should've just being apart from gambit prime but then the gambit player numbers wouldn't look as big. so they tied the two together. gotta play prime to open up reckoning and then the shit you get in reckoning is prime gear. yeah bungie can frick off with that. would be nice to see like player numbers during this coming season. i mean it what [b]we[/b] asked for so we should be at an all time high.

4 RepliesAll of these people saying PvP sucks, I get it, you don’t like it. But it doesn’t suck if it’s just not your thing. I play a lot of PvP and I’m excited for Season of the Drifter. I mean, if OP didn’t realise that this season was going to be about the Drifter and Gambit then that’s his own fault for not seeing the -blam!-ing clue in the name. Would I like more PvP stuff? Of course. Just like PvE players want more PvE stuff. New maps, weapons, armour, vendor resets, sandbox updates etc. But to demand his money back is just ignorant. And probably slightly arrogant.

Plus Gambit can easily be hated by both PVE and PVP only types and certainly hated by solo players. I've played a ton of Gambit solo, but may not bother going forward. PVE players can be frustrated that if your team loses the PVP part of the match, you'll probably lose the match. If PVP is balanced, then it also has the tough part of PVE where if you don't have a team, you'll usually lose. PVP people probably don't want minutes of PVE between times when one person per team can do a PVP thing. I agree that nearly no one wanted this, but we all knew it was coming.
