I love how everyones focused on hating one part of the new content, and is totally skipping over one of the Devs revealing that the Redacted season is called Season of Opulence. Seems like something we'd normally have mentioned.
Overall, I like what I see. A Gambit mode that might actually be more fun and worth playing, a pinnacle PvE mode that finally explores the Nine a bit more. Activity specific armor, bounty cream to sooth the butthurt of people that can't figure out how to budget time / enhancement cores (this is why I didn't work up my other two characters, I -blam!-ing told you). I don't know if it's going to be 'the best' thing ever, but it already has Black Armory crying in the corner for touching itself at night.
If this is Destiny without Activision, I'm pleased with it.

The funniest part is complaining about about something that looks actually great, just because don't like gambit or w/e. They seen to forget that destiny has some different activities and not just one they like or enjoy. Destiny has some problems that need time and work from the devs, but personally is the best of it's kind. Imo just borderlands 2 is a better loiter shooter but is a different thing. Kinda curious about that progressive quest where you'll choose between the drifter and vanguard, and how the lore and the story gona evolve. For some reason that hunter with the prodigal armor talking with drifter at the table makes me wonder if it's Uldren. 🤔

Dont think its Uldren. The Drifter says "I know youve been keeping tabs on me" to him. Id say more related to Shin or something.

Could be "us" or character too. Later we see the same hunter using thorn! But seeing a hunter with a prodigal armor,that hunter says something when he flips the card to drifter but we cant hear and then if you know that armor lore, basically mentions someone saying that he's the crow.. Aka Uldren. Now that we know he's alive as a guardian that lore makes sense, so I don't know m8. I bet Byf is venting for this season lore after seeing this vdoc. Lol
