G.G. So I originally praised the clan in an opening post when joining. I came in guns blazing and put my years of raid experience to the test by training full teams of blind Guardians through every raid in the game. I had fun and made a good deal of friends, I made sure to help people achieve things they didn't think they could. So many people would thank me in Discord after our runs, I couldn't keep up with all the people who truly enjoyed my training raids. Cool stuff, awesome! I branched out and helped knock out tough exotic quests and gave general game advice to the players as I could. Wooo! They even gave me a cool title in the clan to show new players that I was here to teach and help! Fast forward to a rough week for me. Hours cut in real life at my job, family illness yada yada. I still come on and bang out training run after training run. I spend hours of my time shaping up these guys to be prime raiders. I ran a raid tonight with one of their 'leaders' and in the most disrespectful way possible, said leader attempted to change the way I was teaching an encounter because he thought he knew better. I shut that down really quick because my methods have never failed before. If they had I would've changed something a long time ago. Anyway, dude does that, and we didn't complete the raid anyway due to time constraints. I left to go shopping and prepare some food for myself (mind I hadn't eaten all day even while stuck in this raid) and I come back to see my cool lil' title was gone. No problem, I'll just message them and see what's up! So I get done talking to this dude, and the reason they took my title away was because they 'didnt like my methods' and gave some cock'n'bull excuse about flexibility. Yeah, neato. Bottom line, their leadership can't handle when you don't agree with them and they chuck people out for being different. So I said, cool beans I'll continue to help the players, I don't need some stupid title to get work done and make people's raid experiences fun, right? I simply commented that I felt shafted simply because I told one of the leaders not to interfere with my methods of teaching. I'm looking at some videos and I watched my Discord server list shrink by one. LMAO THEY BOOTED ME FOR STANDING UP TO THEM. Bottom line this clan isn't active. There are too many cliques going on, and people are really tight knit unless you're an outsider. Opinions are formed on new members very quickly and some people are kicked just for talking a certain way or sounding a certain way. It's a pretty toxic environment and 10/10 would NOT recommend participating here. Don't waste your time, and DEFINITELY don't waste your effort and talent on trying to help them. They'll just slap you in the face and tell you to piss off.
