I hope we see acknowledgment by Bungie in the TWAB this week in response to the overwhelming amount of negative feedback from the community on some of the changes in Season of Drifter.
In my opinion, the nerf from 20 to 9 for ammo reserves on Whisper of the Worm was excessive.
No one was calling for any nerf on the amount of reserves, but 20 to 15 would have made much more agreeable.
At some point, you have to realize that you may need to reconsider some of the changes you implement, based on community feedback.
All you have to do is fix items when they are broken and ensure your gams is enjoyable on a daily basis for the majority of the playerbase, yet we continue to observe changes being made which no one even requested.
I still enjoy some aspects of Destiny 2, but there needs to be some acknowledgment by Bungie which indicates it will alter its future changes to be more consistent with the feedback of the majority of the playerbase.

I thought alot of those nerfs were to push us towards other heavys and exotics that aren't in the heavy slot ... But they buffed wardcliff to be insane DPS now ... I can see that becoming the new meta

Bungie are from another planet, their lack of understanding about human behaviour is astounding.

I agree completely, but unfortunately, that will only generate a nerf for Wardcliff and other viable exotics in the future. In my opinion, other than a few specific encounters, Whisper was not even the most optimal weapon for boss damage, and the reduction to ammo reserves from 20 to 9 was excessive.

Bungie is the most tone deaf company in the industry. They don’t listen to feedback, and they refuse to acknowledge when they are wrong.
