She wore full Collector armor shaded with the Bloody Tooth shader. Sev: My name is Sevestapol, and you're coming with me Diane had a bad feeling about this. [i]Meanwhile[/i] Malex touched down in the hellas basin and braced himself for hive fire. But nothing came. It was quiet, too quiet. Elite-5: Look out pal Malex's exo buddy landed next to him Malex: bout time. I thought you weren't coming Elite-5: And miss all the fun? Who do you take me for? Malex: (chuckles) Come on, let's go check in with Ana The two hunters walk to Ana's station, to find her on the floor Malex: Ana? You okay? The two run up to her Elite-5: She's unconscious. Where's her ghost? A little ghost peeked out from cover Ana's ghost: Are they gone? Malex: Who? Is who gone? Ana's ghost: Two dredgens came and knocked Ana out, I got so scared I hid. That Warlock... Elite-5: Don't you worry little light, we got this. Come on Malex The two ran down the corridor Ana's Ghost: I hate being called that [i]Soon after[/i] Malex turned the corner and saw Diane struggling in the grasp of Dredgen Slayer. There was a Warlock there he didn't recognize. Diane: I don't want to go with you! Warlock: This is not a debate. You're coming with us Malex: Yeah, I don't think so The dredgens turn around Warlock: So you're the notorious Malex? You don't seem like much. I am Sevestapol. Malex: Cool. Very unique. You gonna hand her over or not? Sev: I think not, and neither you or your friend can stop me Malex: Huh? Sev points her better devils at the air and fires. Elite-5: Whoa! He falls to the floor Malex pulls him up to his feet Malex: Dude I thought you had that Elite-5: You and me both Sev: You two can leave now Elite-5: Nah I'm good (pulls back shadowshot bow and fires) Sev catches the arrow and adsorbed it into her void Elite-5: Well that's never happened before Malex: I got this (shoots six Golden Gun blasts) Sev just, takes it. She grins Malex: Oh crap... Sev sends a void pulse at Malex. The blast is so powerful it sent him through the wall. Elite-5: Malex! (he lunges at Sev, Queenbreaker in hand) Sev: Simpleton (holds him in mid-air with the void) Slayer, deal with this (drops him at Dredgen Slayers feet, who had his Thorn in his hand) Sev floated over to the hole in the wall just in time to see Malex get up. She charged her Nova bomb. Malex's ghost saw this. Peacemaker: Malex we can't beat her Malex: But... Peacemaker: No buts! You can't help them if you're dead. DO SOMETHING!!! Malex looked at Elite-5 and Diane captured and yelled. He drew Last Word and fired. He shot Sev's hand, throwing her shot off. Her Nova bomb hit the wall, closing the hole. Malex: Peacemaker, what just happened? Peacemaker: I think we just lost [i]Back Inside[/i] Sev: Well, at least he's resourceful. (turns) Let's go Slayer. Seems we have two prizes for the Drifter [i]Back at the tower in the Annex[/i] Drifter: Well done sister. You got me Diane and a nightstalker Sev: His designation is Elite-5. He's Malex's best friend Drifter: Really? Well sister that is interesting (turns to face his prisoners) Well hi there Diane. Name's drifter, now you're going to do me a little favor... Elite-5: Over my dead body! Dredgen Slayer: Keep talkin like that and I must have to oblige Elite-5: Malex is gonna come for you, and when he does... Sev: When he does I will end him. It's that simple, He's nothing Rika looks on with a sad look in her eyes Rika: (Whispers) This isn't right... [i]Meanwhile[/i] Malex walked through the dark forest towards the shard of the traveler. He had to know why his Golden Gun had no affect on Sevestapol. Why wasn't he powerful enough? He walked up to the shard and looked for reflections of guardians lone gone. Last time he was here was when he got his light back to face Gaul. Seemed like so long ago. He felt a tap on his shoulder Malex: Huh? He turned around. There stood a guardian made up of particles of light, a reflection. Malex: I'm here for answers Reflection: You ain't gonna like what I have to say kid Malex: Kid? Hey just who do you think you are?
