#CoresRemoveChoice and a Proposing a Boycott?

Much like Anthem, I think it's time for us Destiny players to say "Enough is Enough". Enhancement Cores remove the choice of the player from the game as everyone, that has to chase an ever rising power level, is caught in a never ending loop of: - Get a Core - Infuse - Get Higher Gear - Get a Core - Infuse - Reach Light Level - Power Cap Increased I have sunk a lot of hours into Destiny 2. I like to identify myself as a hybrid player that enjoys Crucible and PvE equally when the muse fits. However, despite this, I feel like my time isn't being rewarded. I'm hitting a power level plateau due to the enhancement core problem. I love Bungie even when they upset me, I'm not threatening leaving the game forever, because what would that accomplish? I love Destiny, I want to see it prosper in the right way without this veil of silence washing over us. The players want to be heard. The "upcoming" changes are still a couple months away, so it's not too late to spark something different. What TWAB has told us, is that "we've heard the feedback loud and clear, but we're going to do something only slightly different with how our last change went down". And that's not right. I see endless feedback about many different solutions, even provided a lot of my own, to the Enhancement Core economy, and this response makes it all feel like nothing. What I propose, it is negative, and not everyone has to do this obviously, one week from Friday the 22nd, every player that disagrees with Bungie's choices on how to handle the cores, that players log out of Destiny for the following Reset. So from the 29th of March through the 2nd of April. That gives Bungie enough time to respond to the situation and displeasure of the system that they've burdened us with. Again, I love Bungie, I love Destiny, and I want nothing more than a community that can enjoy a fun to play game from a beloved developer. But I, for one, am sick of my voice, everyone's voice in this forum dedicated to giving feedback to the Destiny 2, is being unheard.

I’m sure the rest of us who see the big picture will appreciate the less whining and crying over this non-issue.
