These Leaders are chosen from our member base for their contributions to the community, and they’re willingness to take responsibilities within the community structure. As your time in this community progresses, the more the opportunities to lead and learn open up to you. A Squad is a group of members, between 30-90 members, focused on a single game type. These Squads have a small internal leadership and function relatively independent as a group within the community. As they grow, these squads “Split” into new Squads, giving more opportunities for leaders to be chosen and grow. A group of Squads is organized into a Division. A Division has an overarching Leadership that advises the smaller squads, helps enforce a safe gaming environment and help grow and develop future leaders.
