Shard Price for Nine's Invitations
Why would Xur or The Nine charge the player Guardian shards for the invitation?
I mean The Nine is (are?) inviting us, right? As in they WANT us to visit, so why charge a price at all?
Is this to cover Xur's transportation/administration costs?
Is this to pay for the loot chest at the end?
WHY DO THIS, NINE?
