Not even close to fixing the economy. Endgame should be using cores to masterwork gear after we've grinded out our chosen gear. I personally, don't find your current system fun in any shape or form which is a shame, because the base gameplay is awesome. If you insist on keeping it as it is, fair enough, I'll move on, I just hope that's not the case.
