Wow sooo this is just more bungie doing what they do half measures. And saying We will continue to do what we want regurdless of what the fans want. Or what is obviously not working in the game. Because we have a vision. And OR VISION IS LAW.
God I hate online games. I miss the days when a company dropped a game it came out . And ounce it was out that was it. Nothings getting changed nerfed or paused. Bungie has to much power . And yet they use it in all the wrong ways. There so many big issues still in D2. They refused to address or acknowledge. It's crazy. Defintly wont be buying D3. Bungie seems like slow learners. Compared to alot of other companies out there . Who are quick to fix and address things. Even when things get addressed with bungie they dont get fix for months and months. Heck I'm still waiting on a scout riffle fix they still suck and are underpowered . Charicters. Movement speeds. That go fast updated did anything but. This core things is reduclious. Take them out of the game. Infusing worked fine before. Then you decided everyone had to feel this heavey choice when upgrading armor. Redcilious

final fantasy14 shows that even online games can be handled well and instead of degrading the fun they keep improving the game with each update and do what the players want/need , thats a game that requires monthly payments but its well worth it , for the money i spend on the trash destiny2 i could have subbed to FF14 for an additional year

BuT at the same time I see what your saying and I agree with the message. Bungie is just handling this game slippyly. They basically just spit In the face of the players. And do what they do because they know regurdless of how much we cry and complain. The majority of there fans will continue to play. And support them. Bungie is the donal trump of gaming. They know they can get away with what ever. Because there fans are rabbit. The majority of them would fight you in the street for calling out half the issues with the game. Lol so there in a win win situation. Until something comes out to put them to bed. Thought it was gonna be anthem. But nope. I have a feeling when that next gen drops there finally gonna get some good compation. Might make them step there game up literally

The problem is, they're right about infusion needing to feel meaningful. At the beginning of D2, it was way too easy to get to max light, and then people got bored and left (80% of all players). The cost of infusion is definitely too high, another over correction on their part. If Bungie gives us more plentiful sources of cores, maybe we can find a good middle ground.

I told a lot of people it was easy to level in D2V, but I had no concept of how much time I had put in in a short span of weeks. That concept was only true for people putting unreal hours in per week. Truth is, when they removed the whole +5 system, they should’ve just stopped there.

Well it was a combination of both. And our abilities being nerfed from D1.

people didnt leave because they reached max level , but because they were used to the somwehat decent quality of destiny1 just to get bait and switched with trash destiny2

I dont think so felt fine to me. At the start of D2. Only thing that felt right about the game. But that said I can see what they mean about wanting things to feel meaningful and making you want to weigh what to power up. But that's not the way. Not at all. And honestly if they had a. Better armor system. With better perks . And systems set up in game. That would not be a issue. Honestly the economy was looking nice at the end of d1. They should have just grown it fro. There. Infusing armor and the prices for mateials.breaking armor down everything . Felt on track not on point but headed in a good place.
