Your math is all wrong, certainly for year 2. You need 6 cores to level up three legendary weapons. Then 51 cores to masterwork them. Then you need 10 cores to level up 5 legendary armour pieces. And 45 cores to masterwork those. 112 cores total for fully levelled and fully masterworked, not 180.
