I did not know this, but it sounds like another "glitch" that bungie would immediately patch if they determined it was "game breaking," like the recent enhancement core farming glitch.

Ok, self call out, didn't know that. However it still requires farming for them at some point. Those stacks would still need to be replenished. It's still a rare currency to buy a bounty which yields another rare currency.
