No. Giving away cores won’t solve the underlying issue of having one item pulling double duty. There was 0 forethought into how the cores would effect players. There was 0 thought into having an important item which is forced to be used for two completely separate purposes that dropped by RNG. There has been 0 forethought with the creation, development and maintenance of Destiny 2. I believe this is intentional sabotage by Bungie. No one could possibly be this idiotic when it comes to running a business.
