The Minutemen, until I more or less forgot about them. I did a bunch of helping settlements and stuff, but it got boring. So I started helping the Railroad. The I eventually came across the Brotherhood of Steel, and that became my primary focus the rest of the game. I murdered the Railroad after that, and then the Institute. None of it seemed to matter though. I didn't lose anything by destroying the Railroad, so it wasn't really a difficult decision.
