EDIT: IF YOU THINK THEY SHOULD NOT END REVELRY EARLY PLEASE TELL ME YOU'RE OPINION ON IT AFTER READING THE POST. Sorry for the all caps, but that's a really important part of this post.
Revelry was an obvious learning experience for Bungie. It has a fun game type with pretty good looking armor, and the idea is definitely not bad. Best part, it looks GORGEOUS! That being said, the execution was abhorrent.
Engrams, that you can buy with real money, giving duplicates when they're not supposed to. Having to disable a major part of the event (orbs of light from precision kills) in gambit, raids, and competitive crucible because they would literally crash the game. Not to mention the abysmal state that crucible in general is in right now. You obviously had high hopes for this event, but with the multiple game breaking bugs that it created and the community being fed up with it already, maybe it's worth it to call this one a bit early devs.
I would say let it run for another week but then cut it short, as at this point it is genuinely hurting the game more than it's helping it, and some people just don't have the time to waste in crucible to be able to lose an entire three weeks to this grenade nonsense.
Genuinely interested to see what other people think as well though, so please do leave a vote and tell me if you think it should run it's course; why do you think that? Genuinely curious to see what the rest of the community has to say about this idea.

Revelry should not end early. Its the same as the test we did with scorch cannons that eventually led to the creation of yötunn,it is a test. Its to show whether or not we can have pinnacle armor that change the game in massive ways of course the average destiny player wouldn't be able to tell. Pinnacle armor have already been in the works this is just the test to see how much is too much and what hasn't been done.
