I like the idea of both, it’s just that they completely overstepped the boundaries with these two weapons.
From all of the Crucible I’ve played, (I have yet to use one myself), the Recluse seems fair playing against. The Mountaintop is a bit annoying, but once I get mine, I’m gonna throw it right back.
With Luna’s and Not Forgotten, they reward something that is already going to be logical in a gunfight, ie headshots. With Mag Howl, it rewarded people who hit headshots, by giving an even easier kill with a final body.
I feel that if Mag Howl stayed as it is with the new RPM change, it would be fine, because it’s more difficult to hit back-to-back headshots with 150s due to bloom, and the reward would be a shot that is probably going to hit the body, even with bloom.
I’ve had Luna’s since the last day of the first season it was available, and we all knew a nerf was coming. I’m personally waiting to see how they work after the rework. Who knows, this could make it even more disgusting for shutting down supers, and could be fantastic. Let’s keep our cool, and see if they overdid it, or even underdid it.
