Well, you're never going to get anything good if Luna's Howl/Not Forgotten are the only things you consider good. Recluse is excellent, pairs incredibly with Mountaintop. I've been dying to get my hands on No Feelings with Box Breathing, to my knowledge the only weapon that can match the pinnacle Hand Cannons with a 3-shot 0.67s TTK.
