It is not just hitting 3 times the head in a row. It is sliding around corners and shotguning everyone too. And mostly this playstyle is performed by players using DRB & NF/Luna

Sliding onto corners can be done with any weapon class. It just so happens that map design greatly allows for this of gameplay. If anyone got within the perfect range of a luna or a shotgun, that is entirely on them.
