Not really. its only substantial in certain situations. espectially luna's due to range. if two people are charging you, you may get one. you might get lucky and get both IF the timing of the kill and perks line up. You are getting upset over a buff that requires you to get 2 crits FIRST. Do you complain about Third Eye on Ace? How about momento? Cause that is by far more of a crutch weapon. Prefiring/Aiming. the Flinch it brings. AND the damage buff that feeds into each kill.
