PC meta is very different from the console meta. PC you can use every HC and have Pulse rifles be able to counter snipe across the map. Console where the majority of the playerbase is has been opressed completely by NF/Luna for 8 months where they are the only HCs in the game you can use and they can out gun most pulse rifles except for certain maps if you have long sidelines. Please understand what I am speaking of is pertaining to console, not PC. PC has its own issue brewing with Recluse.
