In my opinion it would be cool to have weapon weeks in crucible which specific gun types are more efficient than others for that week.
As an example:
Auto rifles modifier - Auto rifles deal 20% more damage overall.
Next week
Scout rifle modifier - Scout rifles have 2x crit damage
