1. I’m a guy.
2. You made the mistake of trying to insult the intelligence of someone who is both smarter and more knowledgeable than you are.
3. You overplayed your hand, and now I’m going to make you look like an ass.
Unless you’ve been busy with Photoshop, you’re sitting on a stockpile of materials that represents THOUSANDS of hours of game play, so:
A. You are spending most of your waking hours playing this game. So coming here and daring to tell people who have a healthier relationship to it how they need to be playing is both incredibly arrogant and incredibly disrespectful.
B. You are sitting on such an excess of materials that you are a perfect laboratory of material acquisition rates. So....
C. You are a perfect example of how ridiculously RESISTANT core acquisition is to player time investment. You are sitting on tokens repenting a minimum of 3000 Crucible matches worth of play. You are sitting on weapon parts representing over 5000 dismantled weapon drops.
Yet you ONLY have 784 cores.
Despite sitting in stores that probably represent the top FRACTION of one percent (probably with
a few decimal places) of player time investment.
Thank you for making my point so brilliantly.
TLDR: Dont play The Smartest Guy In The Room Card unless you actually are that guy.
Oh, and I’m betting you haven’t turned in those 15000 tokens because you can’t. You’ve probably maxed out the number of shards the game will allow.
