Continued Enhancement Core and Mod Component Discussion
Hey all,
A few weeks back, we talked about Enhancement Cores coming from Gunsmith bounties in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/47706]TWAB[/url]. I wanted to give a quick update on this, as it also involves Mod Components, which have been a topic of discussion as well. Please note- this is all still in development for Season of Opulence, and could change.

The team is continuing to evaluate feedback over mod components, enhancement cores, and rewards all up. Thank you for the continued feedback. We'll give you updates as we have them.

I have 300 cores and I have 5 sets of masterworked armor and 40+ masterworked weapons. No exploits either. Check my game history when the exploit was active. Wasn't even online. We may be the minority, but there are a lot of players in my position. Bungie, if you completely remove cores from infusion, they need to have more functions. Maybe functions like rerolling masterworks, change 1 perk per gun at Banshee, buy certain consumables (maybe ones called something like "Hand Cannon Telemetry" which will increase the drop rate of hand cannons from all sources), re-rolling weapons entirely (with some sort of limitation of course), changing the appearance of one piece of armor to that of another, etc.
