Ok i noticed and issue this week when trying to enter at Bergusia Forge i was getting crash every time i approached the door, and after testing i noticed that it only happens when Outbreak equipped. It seems that when game is scanning you while approaching the door game freezes and the crashes. I did report that @BungieHelp on twitter and i linked that in here too. So if any one is having issues in Niobe Labs. unequip Outbreak and when in the forge its seems to be safe to re-equip Outbreak. I did that and was able to do the forge normally. Plz Bungie look in to this issue, its game braking
