It needs to be nerfed in pvp. It's way too strong and everyone can obtain it in an hour.
All you PVE players cried about lunas and NF cause you can't earn it and you think its OP.. But outbreak beats pretty much all weapons in the game right now. You can't snipe cause you die so fast from it, you can't use a sidearm at close range, cause it beats out a sidearm.. How the -blam!- is a primary pulse rifle better than a sidearm and mid range handcannon?
If it was actually hard to obtain so you'd only see diehard players have it. I'd be all for it. But literally every lobby I play in now there is 2 or 3 of them, sitting in the back team shooting. It's D2 shitty base game all over again.
At least with lunas you had to be in a certain range gap for it to be good. Outbreak kills too fast at all ranges.

If you argue against their nerf, it’s because you’ve been exclusively using those crutches for so long that you’ve forgotten how to use anything else. And before someone says “But you have Luna’s equipped right now”. It’s a fun PvE gun. Haven’t used it in PvP since the first season It was available. I don’t like easy mode, sorry. Dude. If you’re losing to Outbreak Perfected while running Luna’s Howl, you’re just bad.

I was using a sidearm this whole time and just switched back to lunas trying to figure out why the -blam!- I can't kill anything. Far, fine, but not up close. I'm seeing shotgunners die to it quickly too and I can't beat it with my sidearm. I used to kill everything with my sidearm. I have over 1300 kills with it. Now I can't kill shit with it.

They aren't overpowered the other HC are just underpowered you can easily OUTSHOOT Luna's and NF with other guns

I literally haven't used Luna's since forsaken dipshit also bloom makes them absolutely useless in PvP unless they're 180 a pulse rifle is much stronger in PvP than a handcannon no matter what the range of you're so confident about HC go in on console where bloom is a thing with a 110

Duke, Pribina, True Prophecy, Bad News, and Sturm are some of my favorite weapons in this game. Sounds like you just don’t know how to use them. On account of your 180 reliance. Bloom is nowhere near as bad as you crybabies make it out to be. Been using 110s since I got the Pribina in year 1. You ever stop to think that maybe you just aren’t anywhere near as good as you think you are, “dipshit?”

Your best weapon is literally a super and your most used HC aren't 110's the simple fact is a trust will outshoot any HC that isn't a 180 with much less skill and I have a suspicion you plug in a keyboard

Ever since they brought mayhem out, when it’s available, I play it. Otherwise I rarely play crucible because it isn’t fun. On top of that, if I do play crucible, I don’t have a “main” weapon type. I switch it up and use pretty much everything that way I don’t die of boredom. 2.) my most used cannons aren’t even 110s That one actually surprised me, considering I’ve used Trust and Luna’s for a couple weeks then got bored of that play style. However you checked that, was it 140s? Because I did use the Better Devils a lot in year one as well. 3.) keyboard and mouse. Well, that one was just stupid, not even gonna try to put that gently. Someone is better than you, so they must have an advantage, right? Lmfao sorry man, k&m on console is just cheap shit. Anyone with half a brain would agree. Btw, after your next reply I’ll probably be done with our conversation. I don’t want to get into a flame war with someone over destiny.
