Pulse rifles are strong atm(450 rpm), possibly too strong. They have been meta mainly in PvE as they can out range most weapons, including scouts(ironic) and deal good damage. Seeing how outbreak is a pulse and knowing bungie, they’ll see the numbers for pulses has gone up, leading to a pulse nerf.
(I don’t want a nerf either as I grinded ALOT for a God Roll blast furnace)

I would definitely agree and I think pulses are way too strong as a whole. They did the typical Bungie thing and overcorrected from how terrible and unused they were in Vanilla. I don't condone nerf's either, but I couldn't argue that pulse rifles don't need a slight adjustment. But Bungie doesn't do slight. That axe swings from one side to the other.

Am i missing something here? In pve pulses feel okay but too good? Thats a bold claim coming from the strongest weapons being the pinnacle pvp ones. Hell i still see more hcs than anything else in pve and pvp. As for pulses in pvp theyre not a handcannon so on console not used

Yes, I was talking about PvE. Pulses in PvP seem to be just right.

In pve idk maybe im missing something as well like outbreak is decent but everywhere i look its still mostly hcs most yt people use mountaintop recluse in pve as well. I think were abit far from too good tbh i dont really think many things can be too good in pve
