Lh and nf have no recoil and a faster ttk. Your argument makes no sense. I have Luna
and it's a problem let alone nf. There are tons of weapons that directly compete with outbreak and do things better. Nothing competes with a Lh or nf if they arent hellen keller. They needed a change. Outbreak is balanced where it is.
