Agreed PVP just has a habit of ruining great weapons when people choose to use these weapons in crucible and get there asses handed to them. Outbreak is great the way it is no need for any balancing or nerfing to this weapon especially what you have to do to get the weapon just leave it alone bungie

It’s really not. It’s most commonly either the people who hardly play pvp (PvE players) or the PvP players who think they’re amazing and cannot accept they’re bad. -
It's not even pvp players who ask for the nerfs it's very commonly pve crybabies
