Stop, just stop!!!!! It's not the PvP base whatsoever that nerfs items! It's the low life nerf babies that aren't good enough to survive against anything in crucible. Outbreak isn't even that good to begin with. Nevertheless, outbreak will get nerfed, and who cares.

Everything gets nerfed... Whatever that group of nerf babies want, those Nerf babies get! I actually believe that the group considered the "nerfers" are the group of individuals that purchase all of the eververse items; I'm dead serious. Bungie runs analytics on all sorts of their business polls... I assure you that they appease the nerfers to ensure they keep that larger revenue stream flowing. It's just my theory...
