Thank you. The people that get things nerfed for PVP's sake is PVE players that don't even like Crucible and only play it for powerful engrams but for some reason feel the need to ruin pvp for everyone else when they get destroyed by anything and everything, which also ruins weapons and subclasses for the normal PVE players that don't actually care about what happens to a gamemode they don't like (or have the maturity to realize they don't understand the gamemode well enough to decide what is or is not broken). Bungie caters to the small minority of casual players that despise anything that is difficult or requires time or effort (Not saying casual players are a small minority btw, but THESE kind of casual players are).
