I destroy with my Main Ingredient, which is not medium impact. I also do pretty well with my Wizened and my Erentil, both high impact. It all depends on who is using them. Fusions are dangerous in a skilled players hand, but still worthless for a scrub. Give an erentil to a scrub and he will go 2 and 15 for the match.
