Not to disembody your post, but for the record nanites spawn from rapid consistent precision hits and precision kills. And the nanites have to be what seems like within 3-4 meters to be tracked by them. Which frankly isnt even as good as i get with my oxygen with dragonfly spec, 3 headshots in pvp abd anyone within 5 meters will drop with it, ive gotten triple kills this way. Needless to say its far from the most dangerous thing in pvp, and or gambit, i mean malfeasance anyone? It has extremely high dmg low recoil and every 5 hits drills in which for gambits sake also bonus dmg to taken, thorn gets dot on hits, i mean even just looking at other exotic primaries i wouldnt call outbreak the best primary like some people have, i just think its another cool weapon. Hell ill still spot whisper in pvp just as another excuse to snipe, or run izanagi for honed x4 and body a guardian.
