The only way it may be considered OP is people team shooting with it, but that's literally the same as things are now and ttk will more than likely not change. Now we have team shooting with Luna's/NF, next season we'll have team shooting with Outbreak and whatever else is included in the meta. People always team shoot. One way to avoid being wiped out if your team mate gets hut in the head? Don't sit together and team shoot.
